I have witnessed our company's culture evolve into a culture that genuinely values the employees and treats their development and job satisfaction as an important part of the overall development of the company. I have had the opportunity to participate in the most recent Academy, and I can say that the class has been easily one of the most valuable experiences I have had in my professional career.

I recommend Darin and the Resolved Leadership program for any organization that has or hopes to have leaders. The program is unique in its approach and has a significant impact on the participants in a relatively short period of time. I witnessed both myself and many team members grow in various ways throughout the program. It allowed us to grow both individually and as a team. The full impact is difficult to quantify or even fully explain and in some cases was not fully evident until sometime later. Some may try to compare the Resolved Leadership program to successful programs such as Toastmasters. While those programs are valuable, their impact will likely never reach the impact level of Resolved Leadership due to the Servant Leadership aspects that are integral to the course. I appreciate Darin and the Resolved Leadership team for the effort that went into preparing and conducting the leadership course.

The Resolved Leadership Academy course provides beneficial insight for emerging leaders by examining the meaning of the term “Leadership”, from perspectives such as Authenticity, Integrity and Motivation, and provides a holistic approach to application through introspection and effective communication development. The program helped me fine-tune my understanding of Emotional Intelligence and forced a level of self-imposed introspection that has helped me broaden my influence both professionally and personally.
