I recommend Darin and the Resolved Leadership program for any organization that has or hopes to have leaders. The program is unique in its approach and has a significant impact on the participants in a relatively short period of time. I witnessed both myself and many team members grow in various ways throughout the program. It allowed us to grow both individually and as a team. The full impact is difficult to quantify or even fully explain and in some cases was not fully evident until sometime later. Some may try to compare the Resolved Leadership program to successful programs such as Toastmasters. While those programs are valuable, their impact will likely never reach the impact level of Resolved Leadership due to the Servant Leadership aspects that are integral to the course. I appreciate Darin and the Resolved Leadership team for the effort that went into preparing and conducting the leadership course.

Darin's program is changing the way our leaders think at HealthComp. I have seen a significant change in our class members' relationships with their peers, managers, and, more importantly, their direct reports. Our learners' trust in their teams has grown exponentially, and vice-versa. Darin's work is paving the way for this first cohort to become the culture carriers for our One HealthComp initiative. Besides being a facilitator, Darin serves as a thought partner and confidant. HealthComp has benefitted greatly from this program. I can't wait to bring this offering to our next 15 - 30 leaders next year.
